Our walk around Rogers farm above Odstock took place on a perfect day - warm and sunny.
We started by travelling behind a tractor to Great Yews wood. Then we stopped by a barn and a field full of barley now ripening.
We then proceeded to Clearbury Down an SSSI. Here we photographed some of the flowers and some of the Angus cows and their calves.
We ended back at Roger's house for a BBQ brilliantly cooked by Chris [Roger's wife]. It was delicious and the club members who attended give their wholehearted thanks.
