File Name Format should follow the sample below:

Entry No_Title_Author.jpg

See in this example below:

01_Your Title_Joe Bloggs.jpg

  • 01 could be your first Entry No (followed by an underscore)
  • Stormy Sea could be Your Title (with a space between each word, followed by an underscore)
  • Joe Bloggs could be your name as Author (with a space between your first name and surname)
  • .jpg is your file extension name suitable for the Web

The Title always refers to Your Image Title, not the Set Subject Title
Please use underscores only as in: Entry No_Title_Author.jpg following the example above

(using commas or minus signs causes problems that jeopardise the display of your entry)

Make sure there is a clear space between Your Title (i.e. Stormy Sea) and your First Name and your Surname name before emailing as attachment to scc@rtemlett.com
